1st day training on the masters world championships track 2013 in Pietermaritzburg / Southarfica by Matthias Reichmann.
One full run at medium pace, yet containing some mistakes - anyhow, we've got are 3 more days until the finals.
PS: The guy in front of me right at the beginning is the Southafrican Matt Smith.
